We will emphasize the basics and multiple expressions of poses are offered as folks are encouraged to trust their own body wisdom and honor their access needs. Each class has a unique, inspiring theme and personalized instruction to cultivate safety and body awareness. No Yoga experience necessary. Beginners are welcome.
