We all have unique tools to regulate and soothe ourselves. The strategies that have helped us survive are brilliant. Are you interested in exploring other ways of inviting compassion, care, and grace? What is possible when we gather together to practice stillness? Intentional & consistent practice is what our nervous systems often need to shift deeply ingrained patterns. There's a supple possibility for transformation in our relationship with self and others when we practice openness, vulnerability, honesty, and authenticity. Restorative Yoga in a community space is a great way of practicing those qualities. Open to beginners.

Saturday, February 25th, 5 pm-7 pm
