Are you interested in exploring other ways of inviting compassion, care, and grace? What is possible when we gather together to practice stillness? Intentional & consistent practice is what our nervous systems often need to shift deeply ingrained patterns. There's a supple possibility for transformation in our relationship with self and others when we practice openness, vulnerability, honesty, and authenticity. Restorative Yoga in a community space is a great way of practicing those qualities. Open to beginners.

Bio
Dominique (she, her) is a Bay Area native dedicated to transforming trauma and violence into opportunities of liberation. She is honored to share practices like Restorative yoga, mindfulness and nature based counseling sessions with a trauma informed framework. Her current work as a Healing Justice Program Director at Community United Against Violence (CUAV) offers peer counseling, support groups, and community trainings. As a community based organization, we focus on building power, safety and self determination for queer and Trans survivors of violence.
