An Afternoon of Deep Healing & Rest: Gentle Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Healing

Come join us for an afternoon of slowing down, unwinding, and resting together in community.  Consciously take a break from the errands, caretaking, and work, and arrive just as you are to receive. Sound Healing is ancient and indigenous to all human beings and the planet Earth.  Sound is a vibration that moves through various forms of matter.  Sound healing can be a powerful healing tool for the body, mind, and spirit as it introduces new frequencies intentionally to the recipient's body and brain.  This sound bath is designed for those needing and wanting a deeper sense of well-being and to slow down intentionally and allow the body, mind, and spirit to receive and recalibrate in unison.  During this session, we will start with some gentle movement and breathwork and then participants are invited to lay down and relax and receive the healing sounds of the gong, crystal bowls, and other instruments designed for frequency elevation and deep healing.
