We gather as a community of people of color to cultivate mindfulness, resilience, compassion, and radical self-love.

Build strength and flexibility in this Vinyasa flow.

One translation of Vinyasa is “moment to moment awareness.”
Classes begin slowly warming up joints, core, and back. Sometimes we will practice Hatha-staying in poses for 8-10 breaths and sometimes dynamic flowing movements as students flow from one pose to the next. Variations are offered as folks are encouraged to listen to their own body wisdom and access needs.

Each class has a unique, inspiring theme and personalized instruction to cultivate safety and body awareness.
