Description
Moving Through Conversation is a practice of movement and healthful engagement through dialogue. The intention behind this practice is to collectively hold space for one another in the safety of our community following a yoga flow. We often confront discomfort within our practice much like we experience in conversation. Yet the goal always is to work through the resistance, to trust yourself, to reflect on what is coming up, to release what doesn’t serve you, and to build upon the information you received. This workshop is for the BIPOC community.

Bio
Drew Muse began her yoga journey in 2010 to treat her scoliosis and reduce anxiety in school. Multi-certified yoga instructor and meditation guide, she hosts wellness events and teaches classes in Oakland + LA. She's also an instructor in various fitness apps and works as an ambassador for wellness brands. Combining her love of wellness, community, and creativity all in one place. @bodybendyoga
