Build strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness in this all levels Hatha flow. At times we will move more dynamically and at other times we move slowly. This class is beginner-friendly as often Anthony will break down poses or sequences. Poses will be tailored to suit individual students through the use of modifications and props. Each class has a unique, inspiring theme and personalized instruction to cultivate safety and body awareness.

Instructor Bio 
 
Anthony Reed (he/him), M.B.A., E-RYT 500, offers soulful yoga instruction and wellness
coaching for individuals, small groups, and businesses. He is devoted to helping people
peacefully navigate more life fulfillment through sustainable yoga practice.

Anthony holds 15 years’ experience in the “corporate world,” leading Product Strategy and
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) functions for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Truth be told,
he was somewhat skeptical about the benefits of yoga before experiencing his first vinyasa
class in 2012. However, he was pleasantly surprised to discover a great physical workout and a
whole new layer of self-awareness that, even in its simplicity, marked the beginning of his
personal growth path. Anthony is now in service as a ‘bridge between worlds’ in order to help
people navigate transitions, better life-work balance, and more authentic relationships through
direct experience in yoga.

Classes with Anthony involve mindful movement in alignment with the flow of breath. Students
are guided on a peacefully invigorating journey along with inspired music. Posture
modifications and props are offered in order to meet students right where they are.
