This replenishing practice of breath work and slow vinyasa flow will guide you through your awareness of your Mind, Body, and Soul connection. Led at a gentle pace, you'll be able to practice strengthening your connection with yourself, allowing you to feel, experience, and trust what your body is telling you. Embodied Flows provide a safe space to yield to your senses and deepen that connection, where listening to your inner wisdom and intuition becomes a habit. This flow will guide you through the free expression of your practice, and therefore the embodiment of your true self.

When Aja found yoga, she found that it was the perfect union of movement and spiritual practice. In this duality, she achieved humility and awareness, and continues to study the endless depth of her inner Self. The older she gets, the more she realizes that rest is the key to all aspects of her wellbeing, and yoga is at the center of her restorative, healing journey. Aja became a 200-HR, certified Yoga Teacher in 2019 (Hot Spot Yoga - Oakland), with an additional 50-HR certification for prenatal yoga in 2021 (The Dolphin Method). She considers it a privilege to guide people through their own mindful practices. Yoga is a deeply personal and introspective practice, and she honors this philosophy with each of her students. With specialties in Vinyasa, restorative, and prenatal yoga, she curates yoga sequences with breath work and/or guided poses, inviting all of her students to stay present, curious, and to explore the connection of mind, body, and spirit.
