Class length
60 minutes

Location

Family Yoga is a fun way to bond with your child. The class might be tailored for kids but everything we do invites the adults to play along and learn too. We begin with a community song to acknowledge everyone in the room. We then sing a few songs that connect us to our bodies and our breath. We may play a game or do a yoga activity. The yoga poses are always weaved into the songs and games because they are a great way for everyone to build strength, flexibility, focus and regulation. Lastly we cool down and acknowledge the moment we have shared together.

Join us every third Saturday of the month! Designed for kids aged 3-7 but all ages are welcome. Price is per child.  Adults are free.

$25 per child. If parents/guardians have children younger than three or older than 7 they can reach out to her to discuss in advanced. [email protected]
